Job summary

Enerven is expanding into Queensland with the Teebar Battery Energy Storage System project. The Construction Site Administrator will support the delivery of civil and electrical balance of plant, coordinating documentation, logistics and on-site admin to ensure smooth project execution.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, handling travel, correspondence and procurement activities while maintaining accurate data and site records.

About the role

Enerven is expanding into Queensland with the 400MW/1,600MWh Teebar Battery Energy Storage System, our first major project in the state and our first partnership with Atmos Renewables.

We’re building the team to deliver the civil and electrical balance of plant (BoP), including site preparation, integration of Valo battery technology, a 275 kV substation and overhead transmission lines.

This is an opportunity to take on new challenges, work with local people and suppliers, and help deliver a battery that will provide four hours of storage to support Queensland’s energy future. At Enerven, safety comes first, with a focus on making sure everyone goes home safely each day.

As the Construction Site Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the project running smoothly, providing essential administrative support across the site. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and corporate support teams, you’ll coordinate documentation, logistics and day-to-day site administration to support the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

Day to day you will:

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications
• Arrange travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams
• Support procurement activities and coordinate site resources and PPE
• Maintain project data and provide administrative support to keep construction moving efficiently

This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term opportunity based at the project site in Teebar, Queensland. You’ll work Monday to Friday, for up to 11 hours per day, supporting the project delivery team. All hours worked over 7.5 hours per day are paid at double time.

The role is daily DIDO, with employees travelling to and from the project site each day.

About you

You're a highly organised administrator who thrives in a varied and fast-paced project environment where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy supporting teams, solving problems and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Naturally organised and able to stay one step ahead while managing multiple priorities
• A keen eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Comfortable using a range of systems to keep projects organised and on track
• A team player who communicates confidently and builds strong working relationships
• Proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team
• A Certificate III in Business would be an advantage
• A current driver's license is essential
