Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is expanding into Queensland with the Teebar Battery Energy Storage System project. As Construction Site Administrator, you’ll provide essential admin support, coordinate documentation, logistics, and site communications for the civil and BoP teams at Teebar.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, up to 11 hours a day, with overtime paid as double time; role is full-time on-site with daily DIDO from Queensland.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams.
• Highly organised with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate document control.
• Certificate III in Business preferred; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management.
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate site resources.
• Maintain project data and support construction progress.
