Job summary

Enerven in Queensland is seeking a Construction Site Administrator to keep the project running smoothly. You will provide essential admin support across the site, coordinate documentation, access, travel and logistics for project teams, and support procurement to keep construction moving efficiently.

You are highly organised, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate confidently with Project Managers, Engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction, engineering or project teams in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Naturally organised and able to stay one step ahead while managing multiple priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Comfortable using a range of systems to keep projects organised and on track.
• A team player who communicates confidently and builds strong working relationships.
• Proactive, adaptable and happy to roll up your sleeves to support the team.
• A Certificate III in Business would be an advantage
• A current driver's license is essential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation, reporting and record management
• Manage site administration, access requirements and stakeholder communications
• Arrange travel, accommodation and site logistics for project teams
• Support procurement activities and coordinate site resources and PPE
• Maintain project data and provide administrative support to keep construction moving efficiently
