Job summary

Regional Workforce Management in Inverell seeks an experienced administrator to support day-to-day operations and the site management team. This permanent, full-time role (Mon-Fri) involves onboarding new personnel, maintaining documentation, and providing payroll and data-entry support.

You will handle document management, site records, and support HR processes with a focus on accuracy and timely responses. Essential administration experience and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Administration experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, especially Microsoft Suite.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Payroll understanding is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new personnel arrivals to site and mobilisation (inductions, site access, transport, accommodation).
  • Data collation and management for reporting (weekly and monthly).
  • Payroll/timesheet data entry and general data entry support.
  • Provide coverage or support to Site Managers in peak periods or to cover absences.
  • Maintenance of trackers (accommodation and vehicle trackers).
  • Vehicle inspections and reports.
  • Assist onsite personnel with payroll queries, leave requests, absenteeism, return to work (FoundU).
  • Document management - filing, scanning, uploading documents (doctor's certificates, vehicle and housing reports).
  • Raising HR tickets to the internal HR team for support and resolution (via Zendesk).

About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to support day-to-day operations and the site management team, in Inverell. The position will see you play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administration support and document management for our onsite personnel.

This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday-Friday).

In this position, your duties will also include:

About You

To excel in this position, you should be committed to supporting the team and have meticulous attention to detail.

  • Administration experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Intermediate computer literacy is ESSENTIAL, especially in the Microsoft Suite, and the ability to pick up other programs
  • Have high-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Payroll understanding, ability to reconcile timesheets to rosters, is desirable.
  • Be able and willing to be vaccinated against QFever and complete a Police Check.
