Regional Workforce Management (RWM) seeks a Site Manager to oversee onsite operations at a client location in Ballarat. You will lead and support staff, ensuring welfare, onboarding, and compliance across the site.

The role includes payroll reconciliations, staff mobilisation under the PLS, and coordinating transport to clinics in incidents. A driver's licence is required, with vaccination prerequisites as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing people and teams.
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Have a Drivers licence and vehicle.
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check.
• Be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever.

The Opportunity
