Job summary

Regional Workforce Management is seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at a client location in Charleville, Queensland. You will be responsible for people welfare, onboarding, payroll reconciliations, worker mobilisation, and transport to clinics in incidents, plus VEVO reporting and attendance management.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing people and teams, with HR/payroll administration knowledge.

• Ability to lead and manage teams in a site environment.
• Experience in administration, HR and payroll is highly desirable.
• Committed to delivering high-quality support to staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people welfare including onboarding, probationary checks, and retention measures.
• Handle payroll reconciliations related to timesheets.
• Mobilise Pacific Labour Scheme workers as required.
• Transport employees to clinics in case of incidents.
• Prepare VEVO check reports and manage client/employee relationships.
• Administer attendance management and general site operations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Charleville.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention
• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management
• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation
• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
• Reports for VEVO checks
• Management of clients and employees
• Attendance management

You will also:

• Have experience managing people and teams
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
• Have a Drivers licence and vehicle
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check
