Job summary

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to be based on-site at a client location in Charleville, Queensland. You will be responsible for people welfare, onboarding processes, payroll reconciliations, and PLS worker mobilisation, alongside transport to clinics and VEVO reporting.

The role requires experience in people management and HR/payroll administration, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to obtain required checks and vaccines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating staff.
• Administration/HR/payroll exposure is beneficial.
• Willing to obtain a Police Check and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• People welfare including onboarding, probation checks, warnings and letters.
• Payroll reconciliations related to timesheets.
• Mobilisation of Pacific Labour Scheme workers.
• Transporting employees to clinics in case of incidents.
• Prepare VEVO check reports.
• Manage clients and employees effectively.
• Oversee attendance and staff rostering.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Charleville.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention
• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management
• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation
• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
• Reports for VEVO checks
• Management of clients and employees
• Attendance management

You will also:

• Have experience managing people and teams
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
• Have a Drivers licence and vehicle
