Job summary

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to be based onsite at a client location in Wingham, NSW. You will oversee people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks, and HR processes, while coordinating payroll reconciliations and worker mobilisation under the Pacific Labour Scheme.

The role requires strong people leadership, administration/HR experience, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain required checks and vaccinations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and teams.
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Driver's licence and vehicle.
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check.
• Be vaccinated against COVID-19 and Q Fever.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new staff and probationary checks; issue warning and termination letters; focus on retention.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Wingham.

• People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention
• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management
• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation
• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident
• Reports for VEVO checks
• Management of clients and employees
• Attendance management
