Job summary

Webuild, delivering the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility upgrade in Henderson, seeks a Site Administrator to support project operations on site. You will manage documentation, onboarding, meetings and liaison with head office functions to ensure smooth site activities.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SAP/Synchro/INX. The role is based in Henderson with an emphasis on coordination, confidentiality and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in a site-based role.
• Advanced administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Systems experience with SAP / Synchro / INX highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, logistical and coordination support to site operations.
• Control distribution and filing of project documentation.
• Prepare site correspondence, meeting minutes, weekly reports and status updates.
• Maintain registers (personnel, equipment, materials, inductions).
• Facilitate onboarding, site access and induction processes for employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate delivery documentation for materials and equipment with procurement/warehouse teams.
• Act as central point of contact for internal site communication and coordination.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC to support site needs.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars and site training events.

Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility in Henderson. This is a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth and broader WA community, reducing waste and emissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this key role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical and coordination support to site operations.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

• Control the distribution and filing of project documentation in accordance with company and project document control standards
• Support preparation of site correspondence, minutes of meeting, weekly reports, and status updates
• Maintain updated registers (e.g., personnel, equipment, materials, inductions)
• Facilitate onboarding, site access, and induction processes for employees and subcontractors
• Support logistics for personnel movements, accommodations, transportation, meals, and welfare services
• Coordinate delivery documentation for materials and equipment, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to procurement or warehouse teams
• Act as a central point of contact for internal site communication and administrative coordination
• Liaise with head office functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC) to support site needs
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange site events or training sessions.

• At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar site based role
• Strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders, internally and externally
• High degree of confidentiality required

• Systems experience in SAP / Synchro / INX highly regarded
• Construction White Card
• Current Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
