Job summary

Webuild in Australia is leading the Woodman Point Project in Henderson, delivering electrical supervision for on-site activities. The role focuses on safe, efficient electrical craft supervision, coordinating with PMs, engineers and labour teams to meet project requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate has significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor in heavy industry or EPC settings, with WA electrical licences and safety certifications, contributing to a high-performance on-site

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor in construction or heavy industry.
• Electrical trade qualification and valid licences.
• Relevant safety and site certifications listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities aligned to project schedule.
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors on site.
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
• Prepare manning and tooling for self-performed E&I works.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure high quality and safety standards.
• Ensure electrical work complies with codes, safety and project specs.
• Address issues or defects promptly and effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.

Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility in Henderson. This is a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth and broader WA community, reducing waste and emissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor, to join the Woodman Point Project team in Henderson.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of electrical craft & activities on site ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably with an EPC contractor in a construction or heavy industry environment
• Electrical trade qualification
• Appropriate licenses and certifications such as:
• Electrical Licence WA
• Construction White/Blue Card
• UETTDRRF06B - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
• HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• High Risk licence “WP”
• Hazardous Areas - EEHA (preferred)
• Current Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence (Desired)
• Enter and Work in Confined Space (Desired)
• Work Safely at Heights (Desired)
• Apply First Aid
