Job summary

Genus Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GNI) invites applications for Site Administration Support on a casual contract for the HumeLink East project near Yass, NSW. The role supports day-to-day project operations, processes timesheets, maintains documents in SharePoint, and coordinates with site Supervisors.

Ideal candidates have experience in construction, transmission or utilities administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, transmission or utilities administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Able to follow up with Supervisors and push for answers when required.
• Able to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency in a busy site.
• Proficient with MS Office, spreadsheets and document management systems.
• Knowledge of WHS, compliance processes and EBA structures is valued.

Responsibilities

• Process timesheet dockets and enter data into the project system.
• File and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
• Understand and work with rosters and EBA requirements.
• Liaise with Supervisors to resolve timesheet queries and chase missing information.
• Maintain and update the labour tracking spreadsheet.
• Support project and construction teams with general site administration.
• Manage compliance records, permits and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries and site access.
• Assist with travel arrangements for workforce staff.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting requirements.
