Hiringa Energy Limited is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator for our Good Earth Green Hydrogen and Ammonia project near Moree, NSW. Based full-time on site, you will coordinate contractors, deliveries and site access, while maintaining records and ensuring smooth daily operations on a busy construction site.

The role requires a minimum of three years in administration or site coordination, strong organisational and communication skills, and a valid White Card and forklift LF licence.

Qualifications

  • At least three years’ experience in administration, site coordination or a similar role, ideally within construction, energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong organisational, document control and reporting skills.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced site environment with multiple contractors and competing priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; SharePoint experience would be useful.
  • A current driver licence.
  • A NSW or nationally recognised Construction White Card.
  • Awareness of NSW work health and safety requirements.
  • A High Risk Work Licence (LF) for forklift use.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key day-to-day on-site contact for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site access, inductions, visitors, deliveries, traffic movements and general site logistics.
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with daily site coordination and follow-up.
  • Maintain site diaries, workforce records, registers, permits, training records and project documentation.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, tracking and handover of materials, equipment, spare parts and consumables.
  • Assist with purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier coordination.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions.
  • Support site inspections, audits, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
  • Help promote a proactive safety culture and support HSEQ reporting, audits and compliance activities.
  • Keep the project team informed about site progress, deliveries, risks, issues and emerging requirements.

Moree, NSW | Full-time on site | Fixed-term or contract role for approximately 9 months

Are you practical, organised and comfortable being at the centre of a busy construction site?

Hiringa Energy is looking for a Site Coordinator to support the delivery of our Good Earth Green Hydrogen and Ammonia (GEGHA) renewable energy Project near Moree. Based full-time on site, you’ll help keep day-to-day activities organised, connected and moving, coordinating contractors, deliveries, site access, documentation, materials and general project support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong working relationships and takes pride in making sure the details are taken care of.

About the project

The GEGHA Project is a green hydrogen and ammonia production facility under construction near Moree, around 30 kilometres west of town. The project will support regional jobs and local production of lower‑carbon fuel and fertiliser, helping strengthen supply resilience and reduce emissions across agriculture and heavy transport.

The site is located adjacent to the Sundown Wathagar Cotton Gin.

What you’ll be doing

What you’ll bring
