Rosehill Plumbing in Melbourne is seeking an experienced scheduler (Simpro) / office allrounder to join our local maintenance team. You will support the manager and office staff, help ensure fast turnaround times, and liaise with plumbers, external trades and sub-contractors to keep jobs moving.

The role is full-time, five days a week, with a hands-on environment and opportunities to contribute your individual skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Experience using Simpro is essential.
• Customer service background is essential.
• Excellent verbal & written English is essential.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.

Mansioni

• Allocation of work orders, jobs & quotes into Simpro.
• Booking in jobs & scheduling of jobs via Simpro.
• Answering phones and assisting customers.
• General office administration.
• ADHOC duties as required.
