Job summary

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a team of Disability Support Workers in our Manly SIL home. You will foster a person-centred culture and oversee daily operations, rosters, and resident care.

This permanent, full-time onsite role runs Monday to Friday with on-call rotation and occasional site coverage. NSW drivers license and checks are required; we value flexibility and values-led leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Supported Independent Living (SIL) program.
• Ability to lead a team and foster teamwork.
• Strong understanding of person-centered supports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, coach and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers.
• Ensure staff are onboarded and trained to provide outstanding care.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build positive relationships.
• Provide hands-on care to participants aligned with person-centered plans.
• Oversee operations, rosters, audits, reporting and financials.
