SA Metro Care is seeking Female Disability Support Workers to provide supports within SIL services across northern Adelaide, including Salisbury, Elizabeth, and Munno Para. You will support young female participants with structured supports under PBSPs, ensuring safety and dignity in daily activities.

The role emphasizes person-centered, respectful supports, collaboration with the team, and adherence to safeguarding arrangements.

Competenze

• NDIS disability supports experience, especially SIL environments.
• Experience with behaviors of concern or complex support needs.
• Understanding PBSP and behavior support strategies.
• Calm, patient, professional in challenging situations.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
