SIRV Group is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for a Millbridge SIL home in Western Australia. You will provide person-centred care to a participant with complex needs within a small, consistent team, supporting daily routines and community participation.

The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 rotating roster, a current WA driver’s licence, and certification in First Aid/CPR with NDIS checks or willingness to obtain them. Training provided as needed.

Competenze

• NDIS Worker Screening Check required or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and daily living support as per care plan.
• Assist with mobility and transfers where needed.
• Support participant’s community access and social activities.
• Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and SIRV policies.
• Collaborate with SIL team, Team Leader, and health professionals.
