disAbility Living Incorporated (DLi) seeks compassionate SIL Community Support Workers in Adelaide's western suburbs for casual roles. We support clients to live independently with person-centered care, community participation, and around-the-clock support where needed.

We value reliability, strong documentation, and building rapport while maintaining boundaries. Training, induction, and career progression are provided, with shifts ranging across mornings to sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Disability, Nursing, Community Services or related qualification
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Manual Handling Training
• Medication Administration certification
• Mealtime Management training
• Infection Control training
• Evidence of Australian working rights
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle available for work purposes

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Supporting clients to access and take part in their community
