Aligned Community Care is recruiting casual Disability Support Workers to join our SIL teams across Rossmore, Kemps Creek and the Campbelltown region. You will support people with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs to live as independently as possible within SIL homes.

This 2:1 role often includes a teammate and access to ongoing training, with shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am on a 24/7 roster.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs, including autism and intellectual disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Respond calmly to behaviours of concern using proactive de-escalation.
• Follow care plans and restrictive practices where required.
• Provide daily living support, including meals, transport, and medication assistance.
• Keep accurate shift notes and records.
