You will build a capable kitchen team, manage costs, ensure food safety, and deliver a consistent guest experience. We value creativity, collaboration, and the ability to take ownership of results while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen in quality restaurants or bistros.
• Proven ability to develop menus reflecting venue identity.
• Knowledge of food costing, stock management and labour control.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations from prep to service.
• Develop and deliver a menu reflecting venue identity and seasonality.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and execution.
• Lead, train and develop the kitchen team and culture.
• Manage food costs, GP, ordering, stock control and wastage.
• Plan rosters and manage kitchen labour to meet business needs.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with venue management to drive performance.
