Sonnel Hospitality is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Australian Hotel & Brewery in Rouse Hill, Sydney. You will support the head chef, manage kitchen operations, lead a brigade, and ensure high-quality dishes and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef).
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen brigade.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
