Job summary

Qualifications

Day-to-day tasks include interpreting client briefs, developing design concepts, preparing production-ready artwork, and collaborating with production staff to ensure accurate output and installation. The role involves working with design software, managing multiple projects to meet deadlines, and maintaining branding consistency across all signage materials. The Sign Designer also supports client communication regarding design options, material choices, and revisions, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW) for creating professional signage and print-ready artwork.
• Experience with sign-making processes, including vinyl cutting, large-format printing, and material preparation, along with an understanding of outdoor and indoor signage applications.
• Strong visual communication skills, including typography, color theory, and composition, with an eye for detail and accuracy in measurements and specifications.
• Solid project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple jobs, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interpret client requirements, present design concepts, and collaborate with team members and suppliers.
