Job summary

Savvy Sign Co. Pty Ltd is a boutique Sydney signage studio with over 18 years in the industry, specialising in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, vinyl installs, 3D signage, and gold leaf.

This hands-on role suits a tradesperson who takes pride in doing the work, both in the studio and on-site. You’ll be working across vehicle wrapping and general signage production, managing jobs end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on signage & vehicle wrapping experience.
• Ability to work independently and own a job from brief to install.
• Solid knowledge of materials – vinyls, films, application techniques, and tools.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive manual.
• Portfolio of your work available on request.

Responsibilities

• Wrap vehicles end-to-end with clean finishes and minimal supervision.
• Produce and install signage across vinyl, 3D, architectural formats.
• Work both in the studio and on-site, managing jobs from brief to final install.

We're a small studio that does serious work. We're looking for someone who feels the same way.

Savvy Sign Co. is a boutique Sydney signage studio with 18+ years in the industry. Our work spans precision vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, vinyl installs, 3D signage, gold leaf, and architectural applications - and we hold a high standard across all of it.

This is a hands-on role in every sense. As an experienced member of a small, close-knit team you'll be just as comfortable on the tools and on-site as you are contributing to the broader work of the studio. If you're the kind of tradesperson who takes pride in doing the work - not just overseeing it - this is the environment for you.

The Role

You'll be working across vehicle wrapping and general signage production and installation, managing jobs end-to-end with confidence and minimal supervision. Employment is flexible - full-time, part-time, or contract - the right person and the right fit matters more than the arrangement.

Core work includes:

• Full and partial vehicle wraps - cars, vans, trucks, and fleets - with clean application and professional finishes
• Cut vinyl and digital print graphics, production and install
• Signage installation across a range of formats - vinyl, 3D, architectural, and wayfinding
• Working independently through jobs from brief to final install, both in the studio and on-site

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on Signage & vehicle wrapping experience
• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of a job
• Solid knowledge of materials - vinyls, films, application techniques, and tools
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in the finished result
• Comfortable working both in the workshop and out on-site as needed
• A valid driver's licence & able to drive manual
• Examples or a portfolio of your work (we'll ask)
• This role suits someone confident in their trade and ready to hit the ground running - it's not an entry-level or training position.
