Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks an experienced Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-driven ITSM solutions for large, complex environments. You will navigate between process detail and the broader operating model transformation across multiple tooling platforms, implementing run-time service architectures across client organizations.

Travel may be required up to 25–100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years IT service management, service integration, or ITSM platform engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models, including governance and cross-provider processes.
• Minimum 5+ years configuring or specifying ITSM platforms across multiple tooling.
• Minimum 3+ years of ITIL 4 experience applied to practical process design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total); if Associate’s Degree, 6 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models and architecture documentation for client and suppliers.
• Engineer ITSM solutions in a platform-agnostic way across multiple tooling.
• Redesign operating models with role definitions, teams, governance forums, and decision rights.
• Design ITSM processes including incident, problem, change, request, configuration, and knowledge management.
• Define SIAM data, APIs, and reporting for run environments across supplier ecosystems.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables: architecture docs, blueprints, RACI, tooling specs, and transition plans.
• Support client engagement and business development through workshops and technical depth.
