Accenture seeks a Modern Service Management Lead to own IT Service Excellence end-to-end and redefine the operating model for proactive, AI-augmented IT operations. You will govern, reengineer processes, and drive automation across incident, change, and configuration management.

In this senior role you’ll lead P&L for engagements, shape proposals to CIOs, and scale a high-performing service management practice with Talent and partnerships in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in IT service management, IT operations, or technology consulting.
• Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles with accountability for service management operating models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsabilités

• Own IT Service Excellence end-to-end across incident, problem, change, request, and configuration management.
• Lead the integration of agentic AI into core ITSM workflows and automated operations.
• Sell and shape service management transformation programs at CIO level with executive proposals.
