Accenture is seeking a Service Management Consultant / Process Specialist to design, uplift and embed ITSM practices across diverse client environments. You will apply ITIL 4 principles, drive governance, and collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to ensure reliable, scalable service operations.

Location is Melbourne (primary) with Canberra or Sydney as secondary; must have full Australian work rights and visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required, higher levels preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in IT Service Management across enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL 4 principles, governance, and ITSM practices.
• Experience in complex, multi-supplier and/or large-scale environments.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into practical outcomes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tooling.
• Exposure to DevOps, SRE, and cloud operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document, and embed ITSM processes aligned to ITIL 4 principles.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements.
• Assess current-state service management maturity and define improvement roadmaps.
• Support implementation and uplift of service management capabilities in project and BAU.
• Ensure ITSM integrates with infrastructure, cloud, and platform engineering practices (DevOps/SRE).
• Collaborate with tooling teams (ServiceNow or equivalent) to align workflows and data models.
• Work across multi-supplier environments to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Define governance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, and reporting.
• Identify gaps and drive pragmatic resolutions in live environments.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and knowledge artefacts.
