Qualifications

Proven experience in ServiceNow (Developer/Consultant/Administrator).
Strong ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management.
Familiar with HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, APM.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST and SOAP.
ITIL best practices and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
Design and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change) and ITOM, HRSD, APM as needed.
Develop integrations with REST/SOAP to other enterprise systems.
Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes.
Provide post-implementation support and training for users and junior staff.
Create documentation and ensure ITIL-aligned best practices.
