Alpine Spas in Blair Athol seeks a Branch Manager who is primarily a salesperson and a true player-coach. You will sell alongside your team, guide customers to the right spa or sauna, and close deals while building long-term relationships.

You’ll manage your pipeline end-to-end in GreenTree CRM, coach staff, and uphold high showroom standards. This role is Tuesday to Saturday with a base salary plus a manager’s incentive, located at our Blair Athol showroom.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hitting sales targets.
• Experienced in leading, supervising or coaching others.
• Customer-obsessed with delivering exceptional service.
• Sharp written and verbal communication reflecting brand standards.
• Competent with CRM systems and multi-channel communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on showroom floor, maximizing sales across channels.
• Deliver exceptional service so customers find their perfect fit.
• Own your pipeline in CRM: follow-ups, quotes, and post-sale check-ins.
• Coach and mentor the team, including training new starters on product knowledge.
• Keep the showroom presented, organized and high-performing.
• Hold the team accountable to real targets with honest performance discussions.
