Just Spas Canberra is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team and sell premium Australian-made spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools. You’ll focus on selling based on lifestyle benefits, not just price, and convert showroom and online enquiries into sales in person, by phone, and email.

You should have a strong sales background, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to store operations. Weekend availability on a rotating roster is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, ideally from furniture, bedding, automotive, electronics, or other big-ticket retail sectors.
• Confidence in closing deals and handling objections with ease.
• Excellent communication skills – painting lifestyle, not just describing the product.
• Solid attention to detail – especially with product knowledge and paperwork.
• Hands-on team player willing to help across all aspects of store operations.

• Assist with day-to-day store operations, including stock handling, logistics, customer service, showroom presentation, and general store upkeep.

• Work weekends-Saturday and Sunday availability on a rotating roster is essential.
