This permanent full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, a five-day rostered week Tuesday to Saturday with Sundays/Mondays off.

Ideal candidate has proven sales leadership, training ability, and a track record of closing deals in lifestyle/high-value retail.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales with a history of closing deals.
• Experience leading, supervising or managing a team.
• Ability to train, coach and develop new team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom floor activity and consistently drive sales.
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets.
• Train and mentor new team members to build product knowledge and confidence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to sale.
• Oversee showroom operations, presentation and daily performance.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and maintain professionalism.
