Job summary

Brookvale Plumbing is expanding its Showroom team, offering a hands-on Showroom Sales Consultant role to help customers choose bathroom products from leading brands. You’ll work with builders, renovators and designers to turn visions into reality.

This full- or part-time role emphasises a warm, consultative approach, quick rapport-building, and the ability to learn new systems while using a 3D Planner to visualise dreams.

• Experience in sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.

About The Role

Brookvale Plumbing is looking to take their Showroom team to the next level! If you have an interest in Sales, Customer Service, Interior Design, enjoys learning new skills and being rewarded for it - this is the role for you.

As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll provide expert advice on a large range of leading Australian and international brands that inspire the creation of dream bathrooms. This is a genuine sales role where you will partner with a diverse customer base including builders, renovators, architects, designers, and retail customers, building strong rapport to win new business, encourage repeat trade and bring their projects to life.

Full Time and Part Time positions available!

Your day to day

A Typical Day Will Involve

• Guiding customers and helping them choose the right bathroom products
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships, understand project needs and win work.
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• A warm, energetic and consultative approach and the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
