Reece Group in Sydney is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to assist customers selecting bathroom and plumbing products, create quotes, and manage orders using our 3D Planner. You’ll visit sites for updates and maintain showroom operations.

The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, a friendly, proactive mindset, and tech readiness to learn new systems. Weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for career growth within our network.

About the role

As part of the Showroom team in Taren Point, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is tech savvy and happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
