Job summary

Reece Group in Mudgee is seeking a hands-on Retail Sales/Customer Service Assistant to support builders, designers and homeowners on renovation journeys. You will guide customers in selecting bathroom products, process quotes and orders, and use the 3D Planner to visualise projects.

You will also visit sites, manage inventory, and handle local deliveries. The role emphasizes relationship building, initiative and a willingness to learn, with opportunities for progression within the network and

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse space, moving inventory and making local deliveries to customers.

Responsibilities

About the role

As part of the Bathroom Life team in Mudgee, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom, and undertake other tasks that keep the warehouse and inventory running smoothly.

Your day to day

• Guiding customersand helping themchoose the right bathroom products
• Proactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnew opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
