Reece Group in Mudgee, NSW, invites enthusiastic retail professionals to join our showroom team and help customers create their dream bathroom. You’ll guide product selections, quote and process orders, and bring designs to life with our 3D Planner.

We value relationship building, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Weekend shifts are possible, and we support career growth within our network through ongoing training and staff discounts.

Formación

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers.
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Is comfortable using a computer and is happy to learn new systems.
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network.

About the role

As part of the showroom team in Mudgee, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
