Job summary

Reece Group in Sydney is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to provide expert advice across leading bathroom and plumbing brands, supporting builders, renovators, architects, designers and retail customers.

You will guide customers to select the right products, create and manage quotes and orders by phone and email, and use our 3D Planner to turn dream bathrooms into reality. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role with opportunities to grow within our national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service with a consultative approach.
• Ability to build rapport with builders, renovators and retail customers.
• Energetic, proactive and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow sales.

About the role

As a Showroom Sales Consultant,you’llprovideexpert advice ona large rangeof leading Australian and international brands that inspire the creation of dream bathrooms.This is a genuine sales role where you willpartner with a diverse customer base including builders, renovators, architects, designers, and retail customers,buildingstrong rapport to win new business, encourage repeat trade and bring their projects to life.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Guiding customersand helping themchoose the right bathroom products
• Proactivelyidentifyingandpursuingnew opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customer offices and building sites to build relationships,understandproject needs andwinwork.
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• A warm, energetic and consultative approach and the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
