Job summary

Reece Group in Mudgee is seeking a friendly showroom assistant to help builders, interior designers and homeowners find the right bathroom products and to manage quotes and orders with care.

You will use our 3D Planner to bring customers’ dreams to life, visit clients onsite for updates, and help keep the showroom running smoothly while you learn and grow within a supportive retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting bathroom products.
• Create and manage quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Use the 3D Planner to turn ideas into visuals for customers.

About the role

As part of the showroom team in Mudgee, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable using a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
