Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd in Mudgee is seeking a Retail Consultant to assist customers with bathroom products, prepare quotes, and manage orders. You’ll use the 3D Planner to help customers visualise their dream bathroom and visit sites for progress updates, while keeping the showroom running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are energetic, and keen to learn. The role supports career growth within the network and offers performance-based bonuses and development

• Energetic, takes initiative and is eager to learn and grow within the role.
• Comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems.

About the role

As part of the showroom team in Mudgee, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable using a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
