Floral Interiors in Melbourne is seeking a Showroom Manager to lead sales and deliver exceptional in-person client experiences. You will supervise showroom operations, nurture existing accounts, and grow new business while showcasing our premium artificial flowers, plants and decor.

The role suits an experienced florist or homeware/decor professional who can build relationships, advise customers, and work Monday–Friday 9am–5pm in a friendly, family-run team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM programs and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Floristry knowledge and eye for styling are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with customers in showroom and help bring their visions to life.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities.
• Represent Floral Interiors at trade fairs and showroom events.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and online ordering.
• Collaborate with the family-run team to drive sales success.
• Use flower knowledge to help clients find the right artificial floral and botanical solutions.
