The role suits an experienced florist or homeware/decor professional who can build relationships, advise customers, and work Monday–Friday 9am–5pm in a friendly, family-run team.

The Opportunity

Do you thrive on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead sales growth from our beautiful Melbourne showroom and help expand our footprint nationwide.

This role could be a great fit for an experienced florist looking for full-time weekday work and a new way to use their flower knowledge and styling skills. You’ll give clients a personal, one-on-one showroom experience, help bring their creative visions to life, and grow valuable customer accounts. Enjoy the creativity and client connection of floristry, without the 4am market starts or muddy buckets!

In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse client base, represent our brand at trade fairs, and play an integral part in shaping the future of our business.

What You’ll Do

Build strong connections with customers in our showroom, helping them bring their creative visions to life.

Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.

Represent Floral Interiors at trade fairs, showcasing our stunning collections.

Provide expert advice and support to customers via phone, email, and our online ordering system.

Work closely with our supportive, family-run team to drive sales success.

Use your flower knowledge and eye for styling to help clients find the right artificial floral and botanical solutions for their spaces.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets.

Strong communication skills – both in person and over the phone.

Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Experience with CRM programs would be beneficial.

Someone who is organised, proactive, and able to juggle priorities with ease.

Someone who works well independently but thrives as part of a team.

Floristry experience, flower knowledge and a strong eye for styling would be highly advantageous or a background in homewares or decorating.
