The role requires hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy automotive showroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the right departments.
• Creating a welcoming showroom experience.
• Coordinating customer arrivals and assisting the sales team.
• Recording and managing telephone enquiries.
• Preparing invoices, filing and general administration.
• Maintaining a polished reception area.
• Supporting the team to ensure showroom runs smoothly.
