Job summary

Material World in Sydney is seeking an organised Showroom Coordinator to keep our showroom and orders running smoothly. The role focuses on logistics and order coordination, scheduling measurements, deliveries and installations, with occasional support on the sales floor.

You will manage customer queries by phone/email, update progress, and ensure showroom is presented and stocked. A proactive, friendly approach and experience with office admin and CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders end to end — scheduling measurements, deliveries and installations.
• Answer customer queries on orders by phone and email, and keep them updated as jobs progress.
• Handle issues as they arise and see them through to resolution.
• Keep the showroom presented, stocked and organised.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor when needed.
