Job summary

Bespoke Careers is proudly partnering with a Sydney-based lighting specialist to recruit a Showroom Coordinator. You will welcome clients, handle enquiries and manage orders, while presenting showroom spaces and coordinating deliveries.

Working closely with designers, architects and suppliers, you’ll support the sales team, prepare quotes and follow up on lead times, ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support and coordinating showroom activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, designers and suppliers.
• Interest in interior design and lighting preferred.

Showroom Coordinator: Leading Global Lighting Brands

An Australian lighting business specialising in high-end architectural and decorative lighting is looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join its Sydney team. Working across architectural and decorative lighting, the business represents a range of international and Australian brands and works closely with architects, interior designers and other A&D professionals on residential and commercial projects.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of client interaction, showroom presentation, sales administration and coordination, with an interest in the interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support, including preparing quotes and processing orders


• Welcome clients and visitors into the showroom and assist with general enquiries


• Coordinate product orders, deliveries, lead times and follow-ups with clients and suppliers


• Support the sales team with administration, client enquiries and showroom events

Skills & Experience

• Ideally Previous experience in administrative support role, showroom coordination, customer service, retail or administration


• Experience within lighting, interiors, furniture or the architecture and design industry would be advantageous


• Strong organisational and administration skills, with good attention to detail


• Confident and personable when communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues


• A genuine interest in the design interest
