Bespoke Careers is proudly partnering with a Sydney-based lighting specialist to recruit a Showroom Coordinator. You will welcome clients, handle enquiries and manage orders, while presenting showroom spaces and coordinating deliveries.

Working closely with designers, architects and suppliers, you’ll support the sales team, prepare quotes and follow up on lead times, ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support and coordinating showroom activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, designers and suppliers.
• Interest in interior design and lighting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration support, including quotes and orders.
• Welcome clients and visitors into the showroom and assist with enquiries.
• Coordinate product orders, deliveries, lead times and follow-ups.
• Support sales team with administration and showroom events.
