Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Showroom Consultant for a luxury furniture and interiors brand based in Sydney. The role focuses on engaging high-end clients, building long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and trade clients, and guiding the full sales journey from enquiry to order.

You will provide personalised, consultative advice on luxury furniture, finishes and interior solutions, while developing strong product knowledge and representing the brand’s

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, A&D or design-led sales.
• Genuine passion for furniture, interiors and design with an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.
• Warm, polished communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.
• Consultative sales approach with the drive to convert opportunities and achieve targets.
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, creating a warm, inspiring experience.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and trade clients.
• Provide personalised, consultative advice across luxury furniture, finishes and interior solutions.
• Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry to quoting, order placement and completion.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge and communicate the brand’s collections and design story confidently.
