Job summary

Bradnam’s Windows and Doors is seeking a Showroom Consultant for our Newcastle showroom. You will welcome retail and trade customers, help them select windows and doors, and build genuine relationships with clients.

You’ll receive product training and ongoing support from an experienced team to grow in the role and succeed in a busy showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Understanding of the construction industry, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong administration and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.

• Preparing accurate quotations from plans, schedules, site inspections, and supporting documentation.

About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Bradnam’s in our Newcastle showroom. You’ll work with both retail and trade customers, helping them select the right windows and doors for their projects while building genuine, long-lasting relationships.

You’ll receive comprehensive product training and ongoing support from an experienced team, giving you the confidence to succeed and grow in the role.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Providing tailored advice based on customer briefs and project requirements
• Preparing accurate quotations from plans, schedules, site inspections, and supporting documentation
