Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a customer-focused showroom assistant in Heatherbrae, NSW. You will help builders, interior designers and homeowners navigate renovations, select bathroom products, and manage quotes and orders by email and phone. Proficiency with a computer and eagerness to learn new systems is valued.

You’ll visit sites for updates, promote great relationships and support a safe, smooth showroom operation in a dynamic retail environment.

About the role

As part of the showroom team in Heatherbrae, you'll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Your day to day

A typical day will involve:

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
• Is comfortable using a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within)
