Job summary

Reece Group in Rosebury, part of Bathroom Life, is seeking a friendly Showroom Concierge to welcome builders, interior designers and homeowners and support our consultants through renovation projects. Your day will include greeting customers, handling queries by phone and email, assisting with quotes, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and keeping the showroom tidy and welcoming.

We're open to weekend shifts, offer bonuses and discounts, and provide ongoing training to help you grow

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Organised and able to help customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable with learning new systems and tools, including PowerPoint.
