Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a hands-on Centre Manager to oversee a busy West Sydney shopping centre, balancing day-to-day operations with a complex stakeholder environment.

You will lead on-site teams, drive operational excellence, customer experience and asset performance while partnering with Leasing, Marketing and Asset Management to deliver activations and capital works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of this centre delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customer outcomes.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans, ensuring strong financial performance and cost control.
• Drive retailer engagement and performance through proactive communication, issue resolution and a customer-focused approach.
• Monitor centre performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, occupancy and key operational metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Asset Management, Leasing and Marketing teams to support activations, events, leasing initiatives and asset enhancement opportunities.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs, essential services and contractor performance to ensure a safe, well-presented and operationally efficient environment.

The Role:

You'll be empowered to drive improvements, resolve challenges andmake a visible difference across the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day management ofthis centre delivering exceptional operational, commercial and customeroutcomes.
• Prepare and manage annualoperating budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans, ensuring strongfinancial performance and cost control.
• Drive retailer engagement andperformance through proactive communication, issue resolution and acustomer-focused approach.
• Monitor centre performance,including sales trends, customer feedback, occupancy and key operationalmetrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Asset Management,Leasing and Marketing teams to support activations, events, leasing initiativesand asset enhancement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with allstatutory, safety, risk management and governance requirements, maintainingaccurate records and operational documentation.
• Lead the delivery of capitalworks, upgrades and asset initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption toretailers, customers and trade.
• Identify and implementopportunities to enhance the customer experience, strengthen retailerperformance and contribute to the long‑term success of the assets.
