Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/Shopping centres with 120 tenants in Western Sydney.

Join our national retail team, take ownership of tenancy management, ensure compliant standards, support marketing, and partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and strong retailer experiences.

Qualifications

• Current NSW real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
• Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high-volume tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
• Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
