Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations, presentation, and tenant engagement for Town/Shopping centres with 120 tenants.

You will build long-term relationships with retailers and service providers, coordinate lease administration and compliance tasks, and collaborate with facilities and portfolio teams to meet KPIs. NSW working rights required.

Qualifications

• Current NSW real estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain (with our support).
• Proven experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and administrative ability to manage high‑volume tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tenancy systems and compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily retail and tenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and presentation standards.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate lease administration, compliance tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
• Support marketing initiatives, retailer engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
• Partner with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
