Vicinity Centres is seeking a commercially minded Mall Leasing Business Development Executive to drive new retailer and brand opportunities across our shopping centres in Australia. You will build a pipeline for short-term leasing, pop-ups and activations, negotiating deals and aligning with centre teams to deliver the right retail mix.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales or a commercially focused role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and secure new retailers, brands and business opportunities.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across multiple shopping centres.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, centre visits, market research and industry events.
• Negotiate and close short-term leasing and brand activation opportunities.
• Drive growth in mall leasing revenue, occupancy and site rates.
• Develop relationships with new, existing, national and emerging retailers.
• Identify pop-up retailers with potential to become permanent leasing partners.
• Collaborate with Centre Management, Leasing, Marketing and internal teams to deliver the right retail mix and customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and emerging brands to uncover future opportunities.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline reporting and forecasting in Salesforce.
